Coconut Truffle Recipe

Pure Cocoa is a superfood that delivers antioxidants to your body and acts as both an aphrodisiac and an appetite suppressor (meaning a little goes a long way).
Coconut Truffles Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut butter
6 tbs unsweetened dairy-free milk of choice
6 tbs cacao powder
6 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean pasta
Dash of pink salt
1-2 tsp rose water
Shredded coconut for rolling
How to make
1. Using a double boil method, heat coconut butter until soft and melty.
2. Add milk, maple syrup, cacao, vanilla, salt, & rose water.
3. Stir well until incorporated.
4. Refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours
5. Scoop 1 tsp of mixture and use hands to roll into balls.
6. Roll ball in a bowl of shredded coconut.
*Keeps for up to 1 week in the fridge.
*Keep refrigerated until serving.
