Membership Rules:
Four-Month Commitment Period: There is a four-month initial commitment period to ensure the program aligns with your wellness goals.
Monthly Service Usage: Appointments are to be used within the calendar month they are allocated and do not roll over to the following month.
Gifting Your Membership (Twice per Year): If something prevents you from using your membership in a particular month, but you wish to keep your account active, you have the option to gift your membership to a loved one twice per year.
Automatic Monthly Billing: We will automatically charge the card on file around the same day of each month to ensure your membership remains active.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. If you miss this window, the appointment will be redeemed as your monthly service.
Membership Cancellation: It is entirely up to you to contact us to cancel your membership whenever it no longer serves your needs. Simply let us know after your initial four-month commitment period, and we will process your cancellation request.
