My knowledge includes the holistic prescription of massage therapy, energy work, holistic skincare, expert gua sha techniques, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®, Polarity Therapy, Myofascial Release, sound healing, chakra clearing, crystal healing, and space cleansing.
I’ve studied each area of practice extensively to confidently teach other providers so they are confident in giving their clients experiences whose effects will last longer than just their sessions together.

When I found massage therapy, I knew this was my career. It fulfilled me in a way I hadn't felt from a job before. I enjoyed going to work, building relationships with my clients, and watching the transformation massage made in their lives. It positively impacted me, and I feel more inspired and empowered than ever.
Now I find joy in sharing my passion with the Health Resonates team and community, reaching a wider audience. My goal is to help people live better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of touch. I believe self-care is a MUST in today’s busy world. Regular bodywork is key to living to your fullest potential.
I specialize in deep tissue massage, focusing on the relationship between the muscle and fascia. I’ve spent years working in every type of massage environment, from chiropractic to high-end spas, to sports therapy. I bring all that knowledge to training our team, encouraging them to combine several modalities into one unique style designed to get the best therapeutic results to fit our client’s needs.
The power of massage has transformed my own life for the better, and I aim to offer each of our clients the same rewards.
