Benefits of Cupping
As a health and wellness entrepreneur, one of my favorite ways to help my clients is by teaching them about non-invasive, all-natural, and amazingly effective methods they can use to improve their health.
And, one of my favorite ways to treat my face and keep my skin healthy is by cupping—a method that uses suction to improve circulation, relieve tension, and more.
In today’s post, I’m covering the benefits of cupping (a Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy) and where you can get reliable products to use when starting your cupping journey!
Benefits of Cupping
The benefits are numerous, but I’ve split them up into three main categories:
Improved circulation. Cupping involves placing a cup on the skin to create suction and lift the skin, which improves blood circulation by opening the blood vessels. Great blood flow is essential to healthy skin, and the face is no exception—so cupping regularly is a great way to ensure your skin is getting the oxygen and nutrients it needs.
Tension relief. The vacuum-like seal created when cupping also lifts and gently pulls the muscles of the face to relieve tension. Believe it or not, you have a LOT of muscles in your face—and they aren’t as easy to stretch as the muscles in other parts of your body. For this reason, you have to get creative when relieving facial muscle tension—and cupping is my go-to because it is safe, natural, and extremely effective.
Cell repair and regeneration. Improved blood flow also means an improvement in the speed of cell repair and regeneration. This may help with acne scarring and more, making it one of my favorite benefits of cupping. If you are noticing unhealthy skin on your face, cupping could be the perfect way to address the problem in a natural manner. Remember, you won’t see these results overnight—but if you keep up with a consistent and healthy cupping routine, you will likely be able to see results in a matter of weeks or months.
I’m so glad you took the time to learn about cupping today, as it is sure to benefit your skin in the long run—without the need for harsh, harmful chemicals. As always, thank you so much for stopping by—and happy reading!
