Health Resonates Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Health Resonates, we strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure our therapists' time is respected and appointments are readily available, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy:

Cancellations or Reschedules:

  • 48-Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice (two business days) to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. This allows us to offer your time slot to another guest waiting for an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours): Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

No Shows:

  • Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows. This occurs when you miss your scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notification. In the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full price of the missed service.

Emergency Exceptions:

  • One-Time Courtesy: We understand that emergencies can arise. We offer a one-time courtesy for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel due to an emergency within the 48-hour window, please contact us immediately.  In this instance, you will be charged the full price of the missed appointment. However, we will offer you a two-week window to rebook the same service at no additional cost.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 207-200-3070 or email us at info@healthresonates.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Our notification text system is two-way. You can also respond to those texts to request changes or cancel appointments.
